It's never too late, Break the Addiction

IOP Treatment Center

At Sprout Health Texas, we assure you that we have your best interests at heart and want to provide you with every tool necessary to live a healthy and sober life.

Sprout Health Texas offers programs based on two approaches: the step-down and the step-wise. The stepwise approach is necessary for those patients who need a more aggressive approach to their addiction. It includes medical supervision, round-the-clock monitoring and more vigorous treatments. The step-down approach is geared more toward addicts who are slowly working their way toward recovery.

IOP TreatmentOne of our step-down approaches is the Intensive Outpatient Program, which gradually introduces our patients to more freedom, less structure and more real-life experiences. Despite its name, this program is not as intense as the Partial Hospitalization Program but it is more progressive than our outpatient program.

Similar to the Partial Hospitalization program, our patients have the freedom to live their normal lives while still receiving treatment. Sessions are scheduled according to our patient’s schedule, either in the morning, afternoon or night, and last from 2-6 hours. This treatment plan is incredibly convenient and allows patients who have other responsibilities to attend their treatment sessions before or after.

Through this program, patients are fully responsible to maintain their own sobriety outside of our treatment facility; however, we are confident that they have learned the tools necessary to help them succeed. We do not recommend this program for those who do not have willpower, which is why each of our patients undergo an extensive mental and physical assessment.

After a thorough mental and physical assessment, our staff will create a highly individualized plan for our patients that will determine which programs will be used during treatment. The IOP treatment will provide patients with individual counseling as well as group and family sessions.

We would never recommend any program that would not benefit our patients and definitely would not allow an unprepared patient attempt to finish their treatment on their own.
