Sprout Health Texas understands the courage it takes to admit addiction and seek help.
We try to make every process of the treatment program as easy as possible. Beginning with the phone call to our facility all the way until the program is done, we provide guidance and support to all our patients in order to make things as effortless as possible. Our intake coordinators are available 24/7 to help answer any questions or comments you may have. While on the phone, you can even set a date for your admission.
Welcome to Sprout Health Texas
On admission day, you will be greeted and guided through our facility by our staff of clinical professionals. You will undergo a thorough orientation where we will advise you on policies and procedures. Our intake team will provide you with additional information about our facility, the level of care and treatment options, along with a complimentary evaluation of your insurance coverage.
Once the orientation is complete, you will be given a psychological and medical evaluation as well as laboratory testing. These tests will help determine your primary conditions as well as any underlying conditions that may need to be treated. We will create a highly individualized plan that aligns with the results of your medical and psychological assessments as well as the information gathered during the pre-admissions process.
Meet Our Intake Team
Our team is skillfully trained to communicate closely with your referring doctor in order to gather as much information, such as medical history, as possible. This will allow our team to customize your treatment options without the inconvenience of redundant questions or paperwork. It may seem like a lot of testing and assessments to undergo; however, we are able to collect as much information about you as we can in order to establish the best treatment program for you.
All treatment plans are evidence-based and effective for the treatment and management of mental health conditions, chemical dependency and co-occurring conditions. Each plan has its own specialty program, such as detoxification, residential rehabilitation, partial hospitalization and outpatient. A case manager is assigned to each client and serves as the middle-man between the patients and their families by keeping them updated on progress and discharge information.
