Sprout Health Texas assures you that we make things easy.
The decision to seek treatment can be a daunting task in and of itself, factor in the anxiety of finding the correct facility and it can make remaining addicted seem easier. We will help support and guide you through every step of the process, even throughout treatment and the years following your successful recovery. Our expertly trained and highly skilled staff are waiting to hear from you and are eager to find you the right facility for your treatment.
Sprout Health Texas has a pre-admissions team that will work with you either over the phone or during a visit to our facility. They will gather as much information as they can in order to facilitate preliminary treatment plans relevant to your conditions. Some questions they will ask are about your health history and addiction, such as symptoms, behavioral issues and rate of use. They will also require insurance information in order to determine which facility you can attend. If you do not have insurance, there are facilities that work with nonprofit or charitable organizations that can help. After all information has been collected, you and our pre-admissions team will determine which day you would like to begin your treatment.
Setting your admission date marks the beginning of an exciting journey toward sobriety and a long lasting, healthy life. We understand that while this is exciting, it is also stressful for you and your family. We want to ensure you that we have your best interests at heart and will try our hardest to make this process as easy as possible.
Before you get to Sprout Health Texas, we will send a Family Welcome Packet that will provide you with informational resources such as contact information and the types of programs we offer.
You will arrive at Sprout Health Texas on the day you and our pre-admissions team selected as your admission date and you will be greeted by our friendly staff of substance rehabilitation clinicians. They will take you on a tour of our facility and provide an overview of the treatment process, our rules and regulations and our policies and procedures that must be adhered to. We have rules in order to set a standard for all of our patients; they are in no way intended to hinder your freedom or limit your rights. They are simply put in place to provide a safe and comfortable environment.
After the orientation, we will begin the assessment process in order to determine the best possible treatments for your unique needs. You will undergo a series of mental and physical examinations in order to determine primary and underlying disorders. We want to find all, if any, co-occurring conditions in order to effectively treat each one. Sprout Health Texas understands that the most effective way to treat co-occurring conditions is to combine multiple treatments such as traditional and holistic treatments.
We offer many different types of therapeutic modalities, each of which help our patients learn coping mechanisms and teach them to acknowledge their maladaptive behaviors in order to find solutions and create new ways of thinking. Through our assessments, we can develop highly individualized plans that can effectively treat all conditions and help combat addiction.
During the pre-admission process, we will gather as much information as we can in order to make the intake process a smooth and easy transition; however, there are certain things that we cannot take over the phone. The following is a list of useful documents to bring for the admissions process:
The original copy, as well as a photocopy, of an insurance card for verification purposes
You may also need a Power-of-Attorney, Assignment of Benefits and an Insurance Financial Agreement, which are to be signed only in the presence of a certified Notary Public.
We will also require you to fill out and sign consent forms. These are important documents that ensure your privacy, confidentiality and that your information will only be released to authorized members of your family or those involved in your treatment.
If your rehabilitation facility stay has anything to do with a felony, we also require court documents, drug testing and a mental health evaluation.
