It's never too late, Break the Addiction

Our Mission

Sprout Health Texas’ goal is for our patients to achieve a successful recovery and to be able to maintain sobriety throughout the rest of their lives.

We believe that our treatment programs are the only way to achieve this goal and highly recommend anyone who is suffering from substance addiction or mental health disorders to contact our facilities immediately.

Streamlining The Assessment Process

When you first contact Sprout Health Texas, you will undergo a pre-admission process where our friendly intake coordinators will ask you a series of questions in order to determine if we are the right fit for you. During this process, we will also analyze your insurance to make sure that you are covered to receive the treatment you deserve.

Once admitted, you will undergo yet another set of evaluations; this time it is for our medical professionals to assess your mental and physical health as well as diagnose any underlying conditions that most patients do not even know they have until they come in for treatment.

Once we have a full understanding of your condition and the severity of your addiction, our expertly trained staff will craft a highly individualized treatment program that meets your unique needs.

What We Offer

Every treatment program begins with a detoxification (detox) process where our patients will safely remove any toxic substances from their body. This will be done under constant supervision of medical professionals to ensure you will be as comfortable as possible. Depending on the severity of your addiction, we may administer medications to ease the pain. We will also provide nutritional support to replenish the nutrients necessary to aid in the recovery of the body.

Once the detox process is complete, we will begin therapy sessions, which will involve a combination of the following:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
  • Brief Strategic Family Therapy
  • Solution-Focused Therapy
  • Mindfulness
  • Art Therapy
  • Yoga and meditation
  • Equine Therapy
  • Neurofeedback

Preparing You For The Real World

Sprout Health Texas provides the tools necessary for recovering addicts to maintain their sobriety after they leave our facility. We teach them to readjust their maladaptive behaviors and learn positive coping mechanisms. We also encourage them to join support groups where they can share their experiences, teach others their strategies for a successful recovery and learn new ways to continue their sobriety.
